Bridal Shower cake

I'm so proud of this cake i did for a friends bridal shower.


So let me break down each part of this cake:
Top- I made several cake pops (i'm getting better everytime i make these)
-        6in layered cake
         Cupcakes w/ Lemon Buttercream decorated with sugar pearls

This was a simple but delicious White Cake (recipe to follow)
filled with fresh raspberries and a french lemon creme
frosted with a amazing lemon scented buttercream

This cake was soooo good, i absolutely love this cake recipe, it is so light a delicious.

WHITE CAKE MIX

5 eggs
1/4 cup Milk
2 1/4 tspn vanilla
2 1/2 cup cake flour
1 3/4 sugar
1 tblspn + 1 tspn baking powder
3/4 tspn salt
12 tblspn unsalted butter
